I went to college in Gainesville and Miami and lived in Fort Lauderdale after college. When I was a little kid growing up, I will never forget the 3-5-day family camping trips my dad used to take me and my five siblings. We would visit and canoe on the Suwanee River, Withlacoochee River, Ichetucknee River, St Johns River, and many other places throughout Florida. As an adult I found a niche in Real Estate Land Investing and realized how much I love owning land especially Florida land because of all the great memories I had growing up.

We are not a big company nor a realtor. At Wally’s Land we strive to make land ownership affordable to all! We understand that banks do not like to finance raw land purchases, so if you can’t pay cash, we may offer owner financing with terms depending on the property. Our goal is to buy land at a great discount and sell the land at a great discount to you, so it makes land ownership a reality for everyone!
